Interview is perhaps the most crucial part of any recruitment as the employer gets a chance to interact with the applicant (or probably an employee) and is a key decision factor whether or not to offer a job. And today I’m gonna share with you some tips and tricks to face any interview.
To start with, any employer doesn’t expect us to be perfect in everything, so please do not  hesitate to admit that you don’t know the answer if you are not aware of whats being asked. Also, it’s been observed by many interview takers that people feel too much nervous when facing an interview. To overcome this, try to take deep breath continuously just before the interview and think of something else apart from interview(or think of something which makes youlaugh).
Make yourself feel comfortable by wearing a neat ironed dress(preferably light colored shirt and matching trouser), polished shoes and most important thing to note is the color of shoe should be same as belt. Be well groomed one day before interview and practice tying and wearing a tie well in advance. This way one can avoid rushing/hurrying in the final minute.
Try to wear a smile on your face throughout the interview, this way one can cover up any nervous feeling and please note smiling doesn’t mean laughing. Always maintain eye contact while interacting and when asked to pick something up (say, a certificate) look at the object you are picking up- this is to make sure you are not staring at the interviewer.
Ask for permission while coming in, give a confident shake hand, introduce yourself in simple words when asked to and do not forget to do some basic research about the company you are applying for and ask some questions without simply returning back.
