points to care while preparing your resume as a fresher:
as a fresher, you don`t need more than a 2-paper-resume; as you don’t have any job experience and/or job achievements to showcase for. It’s just enough to present your academic qualification, marks obtained, presentations and conferences that you took part in, and your academic projects details, your career objective, and most importantly your contact information.
1.       As the saying goes, first impression is always the best impression, so always try to present your resume in clear and simple format ( don’t go forcolors and flashy styles). Make it look like a professional resume and not the funky type .
2.       Give your name and contact details at the resume top, so that employer can easily refer through them.
3.       Since recruiters won’t spend much time referring your resume, make sureyour resume appears simple and elegant -Researchers suggest that time spent on each resume is not more than 20 seconds.
4.       Academic detailsare the main thing recruiters go through to see whether you got enough qualification to carryout the job or not, and hence don’t fudge facts, just give facts about your qualification or else it costs your job.
5.       References are always good to mention if there are any, it definitely would catch recruiter’s eye. Make it a point to that you bring your achievements in front of recruiter.
