copy and paste the following in notepad and save it with anyname and extension .bat 

@ECHO off
:top
msg * you are hacked
msg * i can do nothing
msg * really
msg * hacked
msg * you have been hacked
GOTO BEGIN

this will repeat the messages everytime and will never end, ultimately your victim have to restart the pc to get rid of the continuous messages... heheheh :-)
